On Sunday we celebrated Spring with a lunch inspired by the culinary traditions & wines of Piemonte.
With a full house at Centrestage Studios, we served up some stunning wines from the region to accompany hand dived Isle of Mull king scallop, Ash Farm asparagus with dippy fonduta, orchard pork two ways with hazelnuts & sage, before finishing with praline iced cream with strawberries.
